5. Returns & Refunds

Because we are a discount store, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was not as described.

If your item was inaccurately described:

  • You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your product

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our cost

We do not offer returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect fit, or change of mind.
