At Discount Cave, we’re committed to getting your great deals delivered quickly, safely, and affordably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship our products.


📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak times or large sales, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work hard to get your order out as soon as possible.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when applicable

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier, location, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


🌎 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.


💲 Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders over $49.

  • Orders under $49 will be charged a flat shipping rate based on weight and destination, shown during checkout.


🕵️ Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use the link provided to monitor your shipment's progress.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you:

  • Include your order number and any relevant photos or tracking info

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address entries, but we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue.


📬 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
